What is the reason and cure for a burning sensation from my bladder?
I have a burning that pops up sometimes, usually after I run a few miles. Is it because of lack of water? How can I prevent or cure this burning? Is it what I’m eating?

If it comes and goes you probably have small kidney stones that you are passing. Keep drinking plenty of water. If you like cranberry juice or cran juice mixes drink them also. Cranberries clean out your kidneys and bladder.
Lack of water could defiitely be a reason. You might want to get checked out and make sure you don’t have a urinary tract infection
This is probably due to a lack of water or fluids, your kidneys may be suffering when you run and that would cause you to have that burning sensation. You might have a bladder infection and this would also cause a burning when you urinate. I think it would be best to seek medical attention. You might try increasing your fluid intake and carry water with you when you run to prevent your kidneys from suffering. You can also take cranberry pills to help fight off a UTI (urinary track infection). You can get a RX and a pill called phenazopyridine. good luck.
I had the same symptoms about 2 years ago. Another symptom I has was my pee was about as dark as apple juice at times…I had a bladder infection. Go to a doctor and let them test you. If you do have one, they’ll put you on antibiotics, and you’ll be glad you started treating it sooner than later.
Yeah keep the water going and cranberry juice too. Apple cran. is easier to drink and delicious. Maybe small kidney stones or a slight infection that irritates again when you are low on water I’d say, but check with the doctor if you can.
