Fine product, but it is absurd that HP (and by extension Amazon) does not ship small products like these directly to FPO/APO addresses, despite the fact that the U.S. Government is an enormous customer.

Two weeks after receiving the ink, I opened the sealed package it came in and found a small pool of ink. I cleaned up the cartridge and put it in the printer and it is working,

Ho hum. Another HP ink cartridge that (usually) works fine. No technical problems. Will be interesting to see how long it lasts – this is one of the few expendable parts items in the world that promises no capacity or volume or lifetime except its color, so you are buying on trust. Oh, and did I mention that as usual it is overpriced.
