I have that in my past and its when the stress of the past, or when something very very tramatic and frightening happened in your life that you cant get through and effects you phsycologically.

Post Traumatic Stress, however I know plenty of marine guys and army men that have seen some pretty scary ass stuff and I think Post Traumatic Stress isn’t caused by scary happenings but the idea that they cannot protect their friends in battle. There was a guy i was talking to a few months back (he was an elite navy seal) and he worked on sniper duty most of the time but he came back and the only nightmares he had was from his friends dying all around him and his trigger wouldn’t pull on his gun. It is true some people see other things in their dreams and war ruins many people emotionally but that’s why they should be honored by the community and not rejected like they so many times are.
