How do I send wallpapers to my nextel phone?

I have a nextel i265, and a nextel i730. Both should be able to accept wallpapers and downloadable ringtones through a data link cable, which I have. What software do I need to be able to send these things to my phone? I have already paid $20 for the cable, and $30 for motorola phone tools software (which doesn’t work with nextel phones. Someone please tell me what I need to use to make this work. If possible I’d rather not invest anymore money to make this happen.
