I did not receive the power cord that was supposed to be included with this bundle. I contacted Amazon. They suggested I contact Yamaha. I contacted Yamaha and they claimed that the power cord was not included but that I could order one for 19.99 plus S&H. I contacted Amazon again. They offered me 10% off which does not cover the cost of the power cord. I’m very disappointed as I am a long-time Amazon shopper and don’t feel this is a fair resolution (my other option is the hassle of sending everything back.)

I was looking for the cheapest keyboard I could find to start learning piano on my own and this has worked great. My strategy was to buy the cheapest smallest one so if I gave up on it I wasn’t out too much money. I’m having second thoughts about the number of keys since a song I want to learn goes too low for this keyboard so if you have a song in mind try to figure out if this is enough keys. There may be some sort of octave setting, but I haven’t looked into finding it yet. There are some cool learning to play features built in that I am slowly starting to use as I figure them out, and it was definitely worth getting the bundle with the headphones so I can practice late at night without disturbing people.

This keyboard went above and beyond my expectations. I am very pleased with the layout of it as well as the sound. I feel like I got a very good deal, considering this comes with everything you need except a bench to sit on! I’m in my mid 20’s and am a mom, and I had SO much fun playing with this thing! There are so many different settings and there’s even a sound effects button! If you are held back by space or money issues in the purchase of a piano, I think this is a very good alternative! Altogether I’m very happy with it and I can’t wait to start teaching my daughter to play!
